The Campus offers dedicated physical training for golfers of all levels, from committed amateurs to tour-level professionals. Located in Quinta do Lago, just minutes from the Algarve’s top golf courses, our gym is the perfect base to improve your performance with expert guidance and advanced recovery support.
Each session is built around your individual needs. After a warm-up focused on joint mobility — especially hips, spine and shoulders — we integrate targeted strength training. Key focus areas include glutes, core, back and shoulders. Controlled rotational movements using medicine balls, cables or bands are introduced to boost swing power and stability.
Sessions may also include flexibility and balance drills, corrective movement work, and low-impact conditioning to support endurance during long rounds.

A 45-minute fitness class designed specifically for golfers, improve your mobility, balance and rotation with movement sequencing and targeted exercises at The Campus high-performance hub, and be in the best shape for your next round on the golf course. Open to all levels.

A full biomechanics assessment with a 60-minute 1:1 session with a TPI certified golf fitness instructor is used to create a specific personal exercise routine suited to your goals and designed to improve your golf performance. Continue with Golf Specific Personal Training at The Campus for on-going training.

Based on your personal Golf Performance Programme analysis, work with a Personal Trainer at The Campus for 1:1 support, guidance and motivation. Stay on-track with your training plan, working over a set period of time to maximise your progress and see the results on the golf course.
