TERMS & CONDITIONS - The Campus Bookings

Thank you for choosing The Campus. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions below, which govern the use of the services provided through The Campus website and are applicable at The Campus facilities:

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the reservation portal provided by The Campus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the reservation portal.

2. Use of the Reservation Portal

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the reservation portal. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal age to form a binding contract with The Campus.

Account Creation: To access certain features of the reservation portal, you may need to create an account. This implies that, by creating an account, you agree to provide updated and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your name, email address, contact information, and any other necessary details.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify The Campus of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Reservation Process

Availability: The Campus does not guarantee the availability of any specific time slot, location, activity, or other services listed on the reservation portal.

Accuracy of Information: Although we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, The Campus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the reservation portal.

4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Invoice: An invoice is available to be sent digitally. You can request it by contacting us at the following email address: accountsreceivable.sgql@quintadolago.com.

Refunds and Cancellations: You can request the cancellation of your reservation by sending an email to tennisshop@quintadolago.com. The Campus requires a 24-hour notice to cancel any reservation/activity. In case of cancellation, a credit will be issued for the same service. If we do not receive the required notice, no credit will be issued, and the transaction will be completed. Cancellations made within the refund period will be processed using the same credit card details used for payment. Any applicable bank charges will not be refunded.

5. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(a) Using the reservation portal for any illegal purpose.
(b) Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the reservation portal.
(c) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the reservation portal.
(d) Using automated means to access the reservation portal.
(e) Transmitting any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

User Responsibilities: Members are responsible for following all rules, safety protocols, and guidelines posted during the use of The Campus facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, the proper use of equipment, personal hygiene, cleanliness, and respect for the rights of other users.

On-Site Etiquette:

PADEL & TENNIS: You must check in at the Tennis and Padel Pavilion 10 minutes before your reservation time. Any delay may affect the duration of the reserved activity.

CYCLING: You must check in at the Bike Shed 10 minutes before your reservation time. Any delay may affect your participation in the reserved activity.

FITNESS: You must check in at the High-Performance Gym 10 minutes before your reservation time. Any delay may affect your participation in the reserved activity/class.

WELLNESS & REHABILITATION: You must pre-book any Wellness or Rehabilitation treatment and check in 10 minutes before your reservation time. Any delay may affect the duration of the reserved treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the reservation portal, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Campus and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Campus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with Portuguese law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Campus reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the reservation portal after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
