POWER CORE CONDITIONING & STRENGTH
 

  • Functional class focused on conditioning and strengthen core and abdominal muscles;
     
  • Uses full bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and more. 







POWER WORKOUT
 

  • Incorporate strength, power, cardio, and conditioning exercises;
     
  • Uses a variety of training principles such as Tabata, HIIT, Crossfit, and plyometrics to help you achieve peak fitness levels.







YIN YOGA

  •  Slower-paced and meditative discipline of yoga;
     
  •  Utilises deeper stretches to target the joints and deep connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and fascia)
     
  •  This class incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, to help boost depleted and stagnated energy within major organs.
