YIN YOGA & MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

  • Slower-paced and meditative discipline of yoga;

  • Utilises deeper stretches to target the joints and deep connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and fascia);

  • This class incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, to help boost depleted and stagnated energy within major organs.



     







BALLET SCULPT
