In this 5-day / 6-night Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat you are invited to let go of the stress and demands of everyday life and find complete mind and body relaxation with the support of THE CAMPUS health and wellbeing experts. Our all-inclusive holiday offers a daily programme designed to guide you to reconnect with yourself through movement, nature, food, meditation and wellbeing practices. This is your opportunity to renew and refresh this autumn.
- Full board with daily vegetarian or vegan meals Monday-Friday (excluding arrival and departure day);
- The Campus activity day where you can choose a game of tennis/Padel, a bike tour or group personal training session (subject to availability at the time of booking);
- A chackra alignment and healing sounds workshop;
- An opportunity to use our High Performance Centre facilities where you can opt for a gym workout, participate in fitness and wellbeing classes and use our recovery suite spa area;
- Meditation walk around the salt lakes;
- Walk to the beach followed by beach meditation and journaling;
- Stretch and relaxation sessions;
- A trip to our Q Farm where you can pick your own vegetable followed by interactive cooking experience;
- Choice of one holistic therapy to choose from acunpuncture, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, back, neck and shoulds massage and reflexology (subject to availability at the time of the booking).
