Whether you fancy a leisurely 30km or a more challenging 55km, we've got a ride for you. Our rides cater to beginners looking for an introduction to biking as well as those at a moderate level seeking a three-hour adventure. Discover new places to ride, gain confidence in a group, and make new friends—all while having a lot of fun. And fear not; we make sure there's time for a coffee stop along the way.
We're excited to have Karelle Laurent, a Performance Nutritionist passionate about cycling and the co-founder and co-organiser of the Cycling, Nutrition, and Wellness Retreat in Portugal since 2022, leading our rides. An introduction ride for women to the world of cycling. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, with or without clip-in pedals, this ride is open to all types of bikes. We'll be tackling a scenic 30-kilometer loop with a much-needed coffee stop along the way. And don't worry about getting left behind; this is a "no drop" ride, ensuring that we always stick together as a group. Join us for a fun and educational experience where you'll learn valuable skills about riding in a group and get the basics of cycling down pat.

Perfect for beginners to moderate levels, join us for a delightful 2-hour 40–50k ride. We'll take a leisurely pace up the hills, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident. And fear not, ladies, this is a no-drop ride, so we'll stick together and make a pit stop for a caffeine boost. It's an ideal opportunity for female riders who want to enjoy a fun and supportive cycling experience.

 

19th April 09:30 - 13:00

Join us for an exhilarating 45k ride with moderate levels of elevation, lasting approximately 3 hours. As we tackle the hills, fear not, for we shall maintain an easy pace that allows everyone to conquer them effortlessly. This inclusive ride is tailored for experienced female cyclists seeking to enhance their skills while enjoying a well-deserved coffee break along the way.
