Programme:
It begins with a classroom presentation of the biomechanical model for optimal
performance. The session includes a presentation of the phases of the stroke cycle
and specific information about orientation of the body segments.
Next, we all meet in the pool and perform a warm-up dryland. Then, the water sessions begin. Every swimmer will be filmed, evaluated and get
instant feedback from the coach. This swimming session lasts one hour and thirty minutes.
