Cycle Challenge to Monchique: Conquer the Highest Point of the Algarve!

Grab your gear and join us for an epic ride to Monchique, the graceful town discovered by the Romans and known for its healing thermal waters. Starting from The Campus at 7:30, we'll make three heady pit stops along the way: Paderne at 30km, Silves at 60km, and Velochique at 90km.

Brace yourself for the grand finale as we ascend to Fóia, the highest point of the trip—97km in total with a whopping 1400+ elevation gain. No, it's not Mount Everest, but sometimes it might feel like it!

Once you’ve conquered the climb, unwind at Monchique Resort & Spa, an eco-friendly haven blending five-star luxury with nature's tranquility. Your Saturday night stay with breakfast is included, but you might want to save room for dinner at Luar da Fóia. Your body will thank you!

On Sunday, fuel up with a hearty breakfast before we kick off our easier, flatter route back, stopping at Ferreiras (50km) to catch our breath. By the time we're back at The Campus, you'll have clocked 80km with a 300+. elevation gain.
