Learn how to set individual goals, bike set up and safety, different handle and body positions, pedal speed and resistance, the difference between climbing, pace, simulating hills and understanding RPM’s, Heart Rate Zones with use of heart rate monitor and how to understand readings, mind, body and soul ride experience (lower pace to get the feeling of the rhythm of the music in harmony with the pedal stroke) in harmony with the pedal stroke
Open to +14 years old. Minimum of 3 people required for the masterclass to go ahead.
You will need: Polar HR Monitor or equivalent (available to purchase from The Campus Shop)
